In 2015, we replaced the entire irrigation system throughout the HOA.
All maintenance, repairs, and changes to the irrigation system must be performed by our HOA landscaping company. No other individual or company is authorized to make any changes or repairs to the HOA irrigation system.
Homeowners should notify the HOA landscaping committee member Larry Plitt at 623-584-9793 to facilitate estimates and scheduling for desired irrigation modifications at homeowner's expense.
Irrigation Schedule:
May and June: MWF for 1 hour in the morning
July through October: MWF for 2 hours in the morning
November through April: MF for 1-1/2 hours in the morning

Water is precious in the desert and expensive. Homeowners who see flooding in our neighborhood and suspect a broken irrigation pipe should take action!
First, locate the correct irrigation shut-off, [see locations and units serviced below]. Shut-off valves are easily identified by brightly colored tape.

Second, the shut-off has two handles (levers). Turn the handle with red tape 90 degrees to stop the flow of water.
Third, notify Heidi Hall (Colby Management) during business hours at 623-977-3860. Let her know that you suspect an irrigation leak and have shut off the valve.
