Upcoming Events

Board Meeting: March 20, 2025, 2 pm at Briarwood Country Club, at the intersection of Greenview & 135th Avenue.   Homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend HOA board meetings.  


Voting packets for the CC&R amendments will be distributed by mail from Colby Management. Please return your ballot as soon as possible!


Dates for the 2024 Board Meetings are March 20; April 17 (tentative); October 16; and November 20th.
Other meetings may be called as needed


The next Greenview HOA Annual Meeting will be held January, 2026.
