Amendments to CC&Rs

Because an HOA is a legal corporation, it is important that the legal documents be updated periodically. The previous major revision of Greenview HOA's CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) was in 2013 and there have been changes in Arizona Law since then.  A Committee of homeowners worked on updating the documents for more than a year.  In 2025 the documents were reviewed by legal counsel. In March the revised and amended documents were passed. Although they are substantially the same as the older version, there were necessary changes made. Because we all live under these rules, please take time to read them.
