The Greenview HOA is one of the finest associations in Sun City West, Arizona. It is our mission to maintain this tradition by meeting the challenge of change and by anticipating and exceeding the expectations of our members.
The Greenview HOA is a nonprofit corporation that was incorporated by the Del E. Webb Development Company in Sun City West, Arizona, on October 31, 1986. It was formed for the purpose of maintaining and preserving Lots 31 through 80 and Tracts B and C of Sun City West Unit 29, a subdivision recorded in Book 304 of Maps, page 23, in the Maricopa County Recorder's Office.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CC&R's, BYLAWS
and RULES & REGULATIONS
Because an HOA is a legal corporation, it is important that the legal documents be updated periodically. The last major revision of Greenview HOA's CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) was in 2013 and there have been changes in Arizona Law since then. A Committee of homeowners has been working on updating the documents for more than a year. Last fall their work was reviewed by legal council. Now the amended documents are ready to be voted on by owners.
Owners will receive a mail packet from Colby Management with a copy of the proposed amendments to the CC&R's along with a ballot. Please open the packet, ask questions if you have them, and submit your ballot as soon as possible! Because this is designated an "update" (after legal review of the changes) 51% of owners must approve the amendments.
GREENVIEW HOA BOARD MEETINGS
All homeowners are welcome to attend the HOA board meetings held on the third Thursday, October through April, 2pm, at Briarwood Country Club, at the intersection of Greenview & 135th Avenue.
