All-Homeowners Annual Meeting
The Greenview HOA Annual Meeting was scheduled for January 16, 2025. Because there was not a quorum, no business could be conducted. There were no candidates for the Board. There was an informational meeting. A printed copy of the President's Report is available under Newletters tab. Owners will soon receive a packet from Colby Management with a copy of the proposed amendments to the CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) along with a ballot. Please open the packet, ask questions if you have them, and submit your ballot as soon as possible!
