Architectural Modifications

 Homeowners who wish to make  modifications that result in changes to the home's exterior must  complete and submit an Architecture Change Request Form.  Proposed changes must conform to the guidelines listed in the February 2015 Revised Rules and Regulations. 

 Examples include security doors, courtyard gates, and patio extensions.   

 No rooms, screened porches, or enclosures may be added beyond the original roof line.
