The HOA is governed by the Board of Directors, who are elected by the homeowners at the annual meeting. Their terms, powers, and duties are defined in the Bylaws.   

Board meetings are held on the third Thursday, October through March, at 2 pm, at Briarwood Country Club, 20800 N. 135th Avenue,  Sun City West.  Homeowners will be notified prior to each board meeting and are welcome to attend. Next meeting: Feb 20, 2025
