Landscape Maintenance

Maintaining an Attractive HOA

  •  The Greenview Homeowners  Association CC&Rs are designed to protect the value and  attractiveness of our properties by keeping a neat and well maintained  landscape in all fifty dwelling units  and the common element.
  • The landscape maintenance company, currently JR's Sharp Scapers, is responsible for the upkeep of the entire common  element, including trimming, blowing leaves and debris, and fertilizing.
  • Homeowners with front courtyards are responsible for maintaining the landscaping inside their courtyards, although if requested RJ's Sharp Scapers will do those also.

Landscape Modification Requests

  •  Homeowners who wish to make changes to the landscaping near their dwellings must first complete and submit a Request for Approval of Landscape Change form.
  • Once the request has  been approved, homeowners may proceed.  Homeowners are financially responsible for any landscaping changes they make.
  • Landscape problems should be reported to the Landscape Committee using the form below.
  • The cost of new irrigation lines required by any landscape changes are the homeowner's responsibility.  It is important to note that only the HOA landscaping company is  authorized to make changes or repairs to any part of the irrigation system within the Greenview HOA.

Cacti and Citrus Trees

Cacti and Citrus Trees

  • The HOA landscaping  company maintains cactus in the common areas.
  • Homeowners are responsible for maintaining all citrus trees (gleaning, pruning, and fertilizing) that are planted in close proximity to their home.
  • All future owners assume responsibility for their maintenance.
