- Homeowners who wish to make changes to the landscaping near their dwellings must first complete and submit a Request for Approval of Landscape Change form.
- Once the request has been approved, homeowners may proceed. Homeowners are financially responsible for any landscaping changes they make.
- Landscape problems should be reported to the Landscape Committee using the form below.
- The cost of new irrigation lines required by any landscape changes are the homeowner's responsibility. It is important to note that only the HOA landscaping company is authorized to make changes or repairs to any part of the irrigation system within the Greenview HOA.
