Monthly HOA Assessments

Effective January 1, 2025, the monthly assessment fee is $340 for homes with shingled roofs.  The HOA monthly fee includes roof repair and replacement.

Effective January 1, 2025, the monthly assessment fee is $310 for homes with tiled roofs.  The HOA monthly fee does NOT include roof repair or replacement for tiled roofs.

Other services provided by the HOA fees include:
     Water & sewer
    Trash
     Recycling
     Exterior pest control

     One home interior pest control treatment per year
     Exterior painting
     Landscape maintenance of common area
